Pune’s young artist, Gitanjali Thakur, is holding her second solo exhibition of paintings, titled “Masked Men”, which was inaugurated on 21st April at 5pm at Sanskriti Lifestyle, at Koregaon Park, in association with Malaka Art. The exhibition will be on from 22nd April to 30th from 11am to 8pm. On display are a collection of 14 beautiful paintings of the artist. “The richness of a happy blending of colour, expressions, music, drama and dance is what attracted me to work on this subject”, says the artist. Her colours are bright and the images are bold. “I don’t have a particular style of painting and it’s the subject that decides the style and medium.”
